Asahi beer, one of the biggest beer companies in Japan, provides a beer factory-tour for free.You need to make a reservation in advance, but  call center can speak english and you can attend factory tour even on holiday.Each tour has about twenty people in a group and for foreigner, audio guides are available (English, Chinese, and Korean).You can see entire brewing process of beer in each of the factories. (8 factories in JAPAN) At the end of the factory tour, you can enjoy flesh beer for free (Up to three glasses per person).

Flow of  Tour

  • Opening (10 min)

Watch video for understanding company and how the beer is produced from wheat.

  • Factory tour(40 min)

You can see entire beer production process from barley-mashing to packaging. Operation is running only on weekdays. if you visit there on holiday, you will see small monitors in front of each section.

Note: Factory is not operated during holidays. please check if you want to see operations.

  • Tasting (20 min)

Enjoy freshly brewed beer in  open-area tasting room. (Approximately 20 minutes. Up to three glasses per person.)　Theses beer keeps below the freezing point. Its taste is especially fresh.

Note: For children or someone who does not drink alcohol, you can have non-alcohol drinks.
