Booking policy
Please send me your travel request by email with your formal name written on your PASSPORT, nationality, flight information, and exact date of travel and read through our this statement of contract of travel service and agree that all documents are provided by website or email only.
If any request to explain is happened, your travel planner will contact you by email or other communication Apps.
Payment policy
We will take either credit card payment or bank transfer for payment:
100 percent of total price by 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
If the booking is made less than 30 days of arrival day, please pay 100 percent of total price at booking.
We will take bank transfer ONLY
10 percent of total price by 60 days prior to the date of arrival and
please pay full amount of cost before 2 weeks before your arrival.
Cancellation policy
If notice of cancellation is received by 21 or more days prior to the arrival date, there is no cancellation fee.
10% of the total amount -20 days to 15 days prior to arrival
20% of the total amount -14 days to 8 days prior to arrival
30% of the total amount -7 days to 2 days prior to arrival
50% of the total amount -a day prior to arrival
80% cancellation- on the day of arrival
100% for non-use of services without prior notice
*We may take other special rules according to the arrangements, such as entertainment show ticket or some hotels which require special rules for booking.
We would like to have at least 10 percent for deposit by 60 days from your arrival.
This cost will not refund by any reason.
If notice of cancellation is received 61 or more days prior to the arrival date, there is no cancellation fee.

20% of the total amount -14 days to 8 days prior to arrival
30% of the total amount -7 days to 2 days prior to arrival
50% of the total amount -a day prior to arrival
